argomentação this, let us not forget d'other events that were not of lesser quality, namely: The Second Annual Meeting of CEAST, held 20-27 October 2010 in Luanda approved the message ministry for the first year of the triennium 2011-2013 pastoral, with the theme "Family - Marriage." And the recent incontro IMBISA, with very interesting and important topics, as well as good governance within and outside the Church in our country, family, reconciliation, justice, peace ... The IMBISA integrates Bishops of Angola and Sao Tome, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia and Swaziland. It is an organ of communion and cooperation, only association of the conferences of bishops in Africa consists of two groups of languages (English and Portuguese). All these inventions earning Fondamento, or rather have as the last two stone Angolar Synod for the Church in Africa, but let's talk about that Synod II °, I ° è continued Synod. Leaving, of course, the tripping of our bishops, and each of us may well reflect, meditate and give your constructive opinion (who want to write commenting can do it, this blog has room for it), I will do my opinion at the end (conclusion) of this work.
FOURTH GENERAL CONGREGATION, TUESDAY, 6 OCTOBER AFTERNOON
INTERVENTIONS IN THE HALL (CONTINUATION)
At 16:30, Tuesday, October 6, optional memorial of St. Bruno, a monk with a prayer by the Second Special Assembly for Africa of the Synod of Bishops began the Fourth General Congregation for the continuation of assistance from the Synod Fathers in the Hall on the synod topic The Church in Africa in Service to Reconciliation, Justice and Peace " You are the salt of the earth ... You are the light of the world "(Mt 5, 13.14).]
President Delegate H. Em shift Card. Wilfrid Fox Napier, OFM, Archbishop of Durban (SOUTH AFRICA).
this General Congregation, which was concluded at 19:00 with the prayer of the Angelus Domini , 225 Fathers were present.
SER Mons. Emilio SUMBELELO , bishop of Uige (Angola) Justice must go hand in hand with forgiveness.
Angolan In our context, justice must go hand in hand with forgiveness. Without forgiveness, there can be no reconciliation and therefore peace, because development of any people or nation is postponed indefinitely, when they lack mechanisms for forgiveness.
the past 30 years, a good part of African countries, and Angola is no exception, has undergone profound changes. The huge population and multiple seizures, related to the war, transformed the African society. Currently more than half the population lives in urban areas. One of the first consequences: that of their ethno-tribal, people of different social backgrounds and backrests, who now live together in the same urban environment, creating a cultural fusion. Second consequence: inter-ethnic conflict, generated by the conditions of economic malaise and social inequality.
True forgiveness must include the search for truth. Part of this truth by recognizing the harm done and, if possible, fix it. Indeed, forgiveness does not eliminate or diminish the need for reparation, which belongs to the court, but seeks to reintegrate individuals and groups in society. Concrete steps: 1. through the CJP, Pro Pace, promote timely investigations, regarding crimes of ethnic or injustice, to set the truth as the first step towards reconciliation. 2. Betting on 'reconstruction human, "which involves the behavior modification of personality that was poorly constructed and / or a concussion suffered in their structures, and / or structure of their society." human reconstruction "is, therefore, a work expected of Church, so that the "individual destroyed" again becomes a person and accept himself and have him learn to create new impulses, and they become in their capacity to accept others.
Mons Joseph NAMBI , Bishop of Kwito-Bié (ANGOLA), The gap between rich and poor remains huge.
A democratic culture will taking steps, albeit tentatively. In Angola, not with the election that would be desirable. There are politicians desirous of a true change in the situation, but others are insensitive and seek only their own interests. The winds of democracy are felt most in the capital than elsewhere in the country and with little media. There is a lack of real civic education which facilitates handling. All this combined with illiteracy in rural areas makes the situation very precarious. The critical consciousness of individuals is weak. For some all that is said by the media is seen as true. Thus it is thought that it is urgent to promote civic education of citizens and reinforce the critical awareness. It also means promoting the defense of freedom of expression and opinion as a democratic prerogative and places of development. Lay people who are active in various civic institutions, political parties in Parliament are called to give a true testimony of reconciliation, justice and peace. We therefore essential to continue to invest in their formation at all levels.
Africa is considered to be rich, but its people remain poor. Something positive is being done to reduce poverty. In Angola is a great effort to escape poverty. They are designed large and small projects for the purpose. However, the gap between rich and poor remains huge. The accumulation of wealth in the hands of a few people is appalling, which generates and can always breed conflict. The population in rural areas is being drawn to city life which brings with it many social problems. Immigration from neighboring countries is deepening problem and brings with it many social consequences. There is the question of occupied land to small farmers, which has led to conflicts.
TENTH GENERAL CONGREGATION, SATURDAY, 10 OCTOBER MORNING
At 9:00 a.m., Saturday 10 October, on the corner of Third Hour, the Eleventh General Congregation began, for the continuation of operations in the Hall on the Synodal theme The Church in Africa in Service to Reconciliation, Justice and Peace "Ye are the salt of the earth ... You are the light of the world " ( Mt 5, 13.14).
President Delegate H. Em shift Card. Wilfrid Fox Napier, OFM, Archbishop of Durban (SOUTH AFRICA).
At this General Congregation, which was concluded at 12:30 with the prayer of the Angelus Domini , 211 Fathers were present.
Mons Gabriel Mbilingi , CSSp., Coadjutor Archbishop of Lubango, Chairman of the Inter-regional Meeting of Bishops of Southern Africa (IMBISA) (ANGOLA), The motto of the Christian Association of Managers and Executives (ACGD) is: "Virtue Ethics and Mission."
is proposed to develop and implement in practice the social teaching of the Catholic Church on the business life and institutions engaged in promoting social harmony, the harmonious development in social welfare and individual based on the principles of ethics and general economic and business ethics, particularly in light of canon law and civil law.
The motto of the Association Christian Managers and Executives (ACGD) is: "Virtue Ethics and Mission." Is extended to all dioceses in Angola and S. Tome and Principe. The Association represents a challenge for the Church of Angola and S. Thomas to its laity and a challenge that the laity to Angola and Sao Tome launches its dioceses and pastors in the work of evangelization of our land in a collaboration that is expected increasingly fecunda.Espera that, thus, its members participate actively and responsibly in the life and mission of the local church, serving the human person, culture, economy and politics, aiming to change, gradually, the mentalities, institutions and social structures, unjust laws and everything that offends and overwhelms the human dignity, poverty, exploitation, racism, tribalism, abuse of the powerful, social inequality, etc..
is against this background that fits the commitment that in the name of the Gospel, the lay faithful must provide the service of reconciliation, justice and peace. The mission of the laity in the world calls him a good scientific training, doctrinal and spiritual. To this end, the laity of the church ACGD have assistants for their doctrinal and spiritual accompaniment. They have training meetings in the various fields of their work, conduct retreats and gatherings Fraternal supported in their faith and seeking living communion in diversity.
rely on ACGD as starter for self-reliance initiatives of the Diocese and especially for good governance within and outside the Church in our countries, a fact that is a dream for our region and IMBISA the entire African continent.
This category of faithful waiting, certainly of this synodal assembly, an encouraging word specifically addressed to them.

At this General Congregation, which was concluded at 12:30 with the prayer of the Angelus Domini , 222 Fathers were present.
this Thirteenth General Congregation intervened The following Fathers:
Mons Manuel António Mendes dos Santos , CMF, Bishop of Sao Tome and Principe (SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE) Bringing Christians to read Sacred Scripture from Jesus Christ as the center of the revelation contained in it and that illuminates every page of the Book.
Making the Word of God known, loved and practiced in the Church?
- We need, first, to create means to bring all Christians
to have access to Sacred Scripture. For this it is necessary for "immense solidarity" which would substantially reduce the price of Bibles.
- need to invest in development of biblical ministry.
- Bringing Christians to read Sacred Scripture from Jesus Christ as the center of the revelation contained in it and that illuminates every page of the Book.
- Nourished by the Word of God our faithful may more easily resist the seductions new religious groups, many of them serving up exactly a fundamentalist reading of the Bible to spread their ideas.
- from faith in Jesus Christ risen, winner of the kingdom of evil, we can show the world paths of hope, peace, freedom; paths that lead to the liberation of ancient fears, such as the spell that sowed much suffering among our people.
- The Word of God, and prayed, can certainly help build a family culture as it leads Christians to confront themselves with the Truth and the need a conversion of life that allows them to live according to the ways of the Lord.
- The Word of God gives meaning to our struggle against poverty to feed us the certainty that what we do to our brothers we do to Christ himself.
- The Word of God makes us instruments of reconciliation, justice and peace.
Mons Filomeno Vieira BIRTH DAY , Bishop of Cabinda (ANGOLA), Today, peace is achieved, the major challenge that arises is that of reconciliation national.
When first meeting of Synod in 1994, my country was still a nation at war. At the time, our Bishops did not fail to appeal through pastoral letters, with determination, peace and reconciliation between the brothers quarreled, even if misunderstood by some. In this long process we highlight the good offices of the bishops of the region (IMBISA) who purposely moved to Angola as facilitators of the process. Internally, the Catholic Bishops Conference has launched a movement, still active today in favor of peace, "Pro Pace", designed to promote a culture of peace, disarm the consciences, and train "peace. For all parents feel the action of this movement. With other Christian denominations created the Inter-Ecclesiastical Committee for Peace in Angola (COIEPA) with the same intention. Thus, in many instances, the churches and Christian communities in Angola could speak with one voice to the nation and the world of the drama of war and the urgency of peace.
Today, peace is achieved, the major challenge that arises is that of national reconciliation that we can not identify or summarize the war ended, the duration of the Government of Unity and Reconciliation National outcome of the Lusaka accords and the establishment, last year's general election. These are steps in a process that by itself will not accomplish the reconciliation. Reconciliation has other dimensions and it is necessary to scroll through them with the same audacity: the psychological and cultural, the economic and political, social and religious. Yes, these are aspects that should not be ignored lest we deceive ourselves and we are preparing to postpone or future conflicts.
Therefore, we feel it our duty as a church, we continue to encourage, promote and work with other actors in the life public by a genuine rule of law through the need to strengthen democratic institutions, promoting good governance, combating inequalities between citizens and between regions, the free operation of the institutions of justice administration and the better distribution of public revenue.
- Rev. Al: Zeferino Martins , SVD, provincial of the Angola Society of the Divine Word (ANGOLA)
The Episcopal Conference of Angola and Sao Tome carried out together with the Commission
Justice and Peace, Radio Ecclesia, Angola Catholic radio station and the Catholic University, its mission and parent educator, mediator and a conciliator. Civics produced programs, embodied in meetings " Pro Pace".
The meetings were addressed to civil society, political actors, people of other faiths and all people of good will. It was indeed a special moment, forge a genuine dialogue, launched the seed of reconciliation between the brothers fall out. As a result, the electoral process was conducted in an atmosphere of tolerance and peace.
propose that each episcopal conference of African countries along with their respective Committees on Justice and Peace and other institutions to draw up a program Ecclesiastes "Pro Pace" at the Archdiocese and Dioceses and is implemented in the period leading elections.
wanted to refer also to the Chinese workers who are a bit all over Africa. Certainly for the Chinese state are workers who are sent across borders to increase its hegemony in the global economic landscape. For our countries, which receive no more than manpower needed for rapid reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed during the war.
I propose, therefore, that the episcopal conferences with the dioceses where it demands a migrant pastoral ministry to develop a program approach to the Gospel of Christ to the Chinese workers and not only in African countries.
ASSISTANCE "IN SCRIPT "the Synod Fathers
Our synod fathers gave a written statement:
Mons Antonio Francisco JACA, SVD, Bishop of Caxito (ANGOLA), Help rebuild human tissue seriously injured by long years of civil war.
and fratricidal civil war that ravaged Angola for the past thirty years, in addition to the deaths, left deep traumas in our people, thousands of families destroyed and, thousands of widows and orphans, thousands of former soldiers, some without proper assistance and to abandonment, and a large proportion of our people still living below the poverty line, etc..
On one hand there is a significant investment, which is commendable, in order to rebuild the infrastructure destroyed by war, by contrast, little or nothing has been done yet in helping rebuild human tissue seriously injured by long years of civil war. The consequences are already being felt, especially with the alarming increase of crime among young persons and adolescents.
well-known today the concern of the Angolan society. Despair is growing in the poorest families who do not have to live and many parents no longer know how to educate their children. Our churches and shrines become so often, places of refuge for help, crying feathers and search for a word of consolation. A word of comfort that families do not often find it, and I say this with great sadness, many of our priests, busy with other things, are not available to answer and do not provide the necessary pastoral attention, especially in the sacrament of reconciliation and ministry from listening).
The population exodus from villages to the city, caused profound changes in the modus vivendi of the people. The family, once again, was affected, especially as regards the education of children. For example: children, especially in big cities, stay home alone while their parents are obliged to leave early for work, leaving the children asleep, and when returning home late at night, are sleeping . Who takes care of these children during the day? Abandoned to their fate, their other children for company, street, TV etc.. Thus we have children caring for other children, street, at the mercy of everyone and everything.
We also see the silent invasion of Television in the lives of families. There is no denying the negative influence on children and youth of certain programs broadcast on national and international television: soap operas, violent movies, video clips, music with inappropriate language (widely broadcast by the radios), displaying a modus vivendi foreign to our actually encourages violence and other antisocial behaviors. Should also point out that certain broadcast content Internet and mobile phones, SMS and video messaging, modern means of communication that the new generations use. In the latter field are the adolescents and the young protagonists of the transmission of indecent messages to each other.
In many neighborhoods, especially in large cities, there are "rooms" precarious improvised theater where children and teenagers to "consume" innocently and other films of violence not suitable for minors.
FIFTEENTH GENERAL CONGREGATION , THURSDAY 15 OCTOBER MORNING
- REPORTS FROM THE MINOR CIRCLES
- AUDITIO DELEGATORUM FRATERNORUM (IV)
- AUDITIO AUDITORUM (VI)
At 9:00 am, Thursday 15 October, memory s. Teresa of Jesus, virgin, doctor of the Church, Carmelite desclaça in the presence of the Holy Father, with the song Time Tertia began the Fifteenth General Congregation, to the reading room of the Reports of Small Groups.
President Delegate H. Em shift Card. Wilfrid Fox Napier, OFM, Archbishop of Durban (SOUTH AFRICA).
During the interval, the Holy Father Benedict XVI received in audience groups Anglicus B and E Anglicus.
this General Congregation, which ended at 12.30 with recitaçãodo Angelus Domini, 224 Fathers were present.
REPORTS CIRCLES OF MINORS
Fruit of the discussion of the small groups are the reports as written collection of opinions of the majority and minority, expressing the views converged with transparency and may conflict. These reports, which are subject to the approval of the small groups to gather all the suggestions and ideas of members of each circle, is thus a projection of the true views of the majority, and also those of any minority. These reports are of the utmost importance since they are the clearest expression of thought and elaborate Synod Fathers involved in the debate of the small groups and even in the embryo contain the elements for the general consensus of the Synod itself. All reports taken together represent in any way the first synthesis of the synod.
were presented at the Fifteenth General Congregation this morning, following the order of filing of intervention, the reports of the small groups, prepared by the Rapporteurs of the small groups: Lusitano , and Gallicus Anglicus.
Lusitanus : Mons Gabriel Mbilingi , CSSp. Archbishop of Lubango, Chairman of the Inter-regional Meeting of Bishops of Southern Africa (IMBISA) (ANGOLA )
A. Some undeveloped themes:
- A Consecrated Life, the role of bishops, priests, catechists, as qualified agents of reconciliation;
- the administration of justice as an essential element for a reconciled society, knowing the problems that exist in this field in our countries;
- the Word of God like light that illuminates the paths of Reconciliation, Justice and Peace;
- the liturgy as a center of Christian life and therefore essential to a path of reconciliation;
- the role of school and family as training places for reconciliation;
- inculturation without which the efforts reconciliation can be useless;
- the size and Marian pneumatological;
- tribalism and xenophobia as a cause of violent conflict and violation of rights of the individual;
- fetishism as the generating element of suffering, fear, conflict and exploitation of persons;
- kids, teens and children as protagonists of peace and reconciliation and not just victims;
- hunger, lack of expression of the basic means for a dignified life, horn generating element of conflict and injustice.
B. Some suggestions:
- an explicit reference to the Social Doctrine of the Church and should be part of the contents of our doctrine of evangelization and catechesis;
- that catechesis assumes the model catechumenal, it brings the person to make his personal choice for Christ;
- refer the fundamental role of Consecrated Life in the life and mission of the Church, stressing particularly his work in the field of reconciliation, justice and peace through prayer, the presence in school, hospitals, media, promotion of women, etc. .
- emphasize the role of women in the field of reconciliation from your own feminine genius;
- to highlight the field of politics as service to society by helping Christians to political fulfill their commitments from their own faith. Find bet training and monitoring of the laity in the various sectors of your life with the possibility to appoint chaplains for specific sectors: teachers, police, military, etc..
- with regard to clerics insist on living the priestly ministry as a service to the people of God and not as authority. That priests are in fact among the people, with time for the ministry of listening and reconciliation. They are trained to help heal wounds and traumas. They are also aware of its social role, becoming authentic instruments of reconciliation, even among non-Christians;
- a hazard to denounce the rights of the human person, do it with force,
clarity and precision;
- have the courage to also make a path of reconciliation and healing of memories and inside the church.

Conclusion:
According to the first (1994) and second (2009) of the Special Synod of Bishops for Africa, African theology, is developed mainly in two ways: first as a theology inculturated, ie study developed the theology of African Traditional Religion or dialogue between the African pre-Christian heritage of religion and Christian faith. The other way is based on the theme " The Church in Africa in Service to Reconciliation, Justice and Peace " refers to the promotion of African theology, whose basic theme is similar to and different from the theology of liberation, which in process of evangelization, the Church is dedicated and involved in the emancipation from ignorance, poverty, hunger, disease, corruption, witchcraft, war, treat the problems of refugees, displaced persons and the subjugation of women, in short, all sorts of social discrminação and beyond. This theology of promotion aims to incorporate the theme of promoting all the cultural heritage of Africa.
Towards an integral evangelization of the human being, however, the process of inculturation must embrace all dimensions: human, religious, political, economic and social, is the whole man who must be inculturated, with new methods and strategies.
The great merit of first Synod for Africa is to have developed a key idea for the evangelization of Africa, intende theology of inculturation of the Church as God's family, but not lose the core values and necessary in a normal human family as a Christian, as well as love, faith, hope, solidarity, brotherhood, openness, dialogue, fraternity, justice and peace. The new evangelization is aimed at the development of the Church as a family.
Doing a little exercise of our memory, we remember very well that the synod Argomento means an assembly of Christians summoned in the name of Jesus Christ, who come together to do the same way, stems, fondamentale the first apostolic college, with Christ at the center of the community of the apostles, and later Peter (Benedict XVI), within the Apostolic College (Bishops ). The Synod considered the first prototype is the original and synod / council of Jerusalem (Acts 15, 6-29), about the year 50, to discuss serious issues affecting the division and the doctrine of the Church. During this ecumenical Synod, the Apostle Peter, has the primacy among the apostles, but driven by the apostle James, one time, the apostles were divided into two groups: one part with the apostles apostle Peter and other apostles with part of the apostle Paul. Synod also means the place or the place where the meeting is convened. This 'walk together ' occurs at different scales of participation of the people of God, given the institution of the Synod of Bishops: general (ordinary and estraordinario), special (private, regional and continental), provincial national, diocesan, parish and details can be summarized in balance between hierarchical communion and fellowship of / churches (ecclesial) .
